There will be a small monthly charge of 250 euros that will cover services such as:
24 Hour Security:
Will be available to ensure your safety at all times. There will be surveillance
cameras around the grounds and within the residents' communal living areas.
Personal Alarms:
Residents can be issued with a personal alarm (if required). All apartments
will be fitted with a panic button as standard, which will be connected
directly to the reception area.
CCTV:
Every apartment will be fitted with a CCTV entry system, so that you
may view your visitors before you decide to allow access to the complex.
24 Hour Medical Care:
There will always be trained medical staff on hand to help you in the
event of an emergency.
Gardener:
The communal gardens will be maintained to a high standard to ensure
that they are always a delight to look upon from your apartment, or to quietly
sit and enjoy.
Cleaner:
The main building and residents' communal areas will be cleaned daily
to keep them in pristine condition. Should you wish to have your own apartment
cleaned, that can be arranged as an optional extra.
Mini Bus:
A mini bus will be available for visits to local shops, markets and beaches.
There will also be excursions to places of interest so that you can enjoy
the scenery without the bother of driving.
Television:
Every apartment will have a connection to English T.V. So, there will
be no additional costs to pay (i.e. license fee) for satellite dishes or
Cable TV.
Community Fees:
There will be no individual community fees to pay, as these will be covered
by Villamartin Hills.
Administration:
Services of the administration department will be available, e.g. help with paper work, photocopying, faxing and translation. In fact anything you require help with.
