There are two different ways that you can pay for your apartment. As
the property is a lease you will be unable to raise a mortgage to pay for
it.
The cost of the apartment is 160,500 euros made up of the administration
fee of 15,000 euros which is non returnable and 145,500 euros which is fully
returnable when you leave.
Firstly, you will need to pay the 15,000 euros administration fee up front.
This is non-refundable should you decide to leave Villamartin Hills and
will cover all fees for notaries etc.
You then pay the 145,500 euros into a bank account in your name with a specified
bank. As the site is built, the money will be transferred to the Villamartin
Hills S.L account. The banks valuer with the projects architect would produce
monthly certificates and would oversee this process. So for example when
10% of the apartment has been built, then 10% of the money will transfer
over to Villamartin Hills S.L account and so on.
If you wish to have an underground garage there is an additional charge
of 10,000 euros.
