permission needed to allow the project to proceed.

Ministry of industry approved building company. We are able to supply many other
services such as "builders supply" electricity.
Based in San Miguel de Salinas, Sitara is a
wholly owned subsidiary of San Miguel Leisure Complex S.L. The Managing Director,
Mr Naresh Bhundia was responsible for building and still owns Cheers Bar and
Restaurant at Eagles Nest, where he is credited with laying the first ever crown
green bowling green in Spain which is the home of San Miguel bowls club, he
is also the main sponsor of the annual Spanish National Bowling Championships.
We have three offices in the area with both minor and major construction
projects in progress. We are a financially secure company with assets of over

We do not take any up front payments and
payment is made in arrears of works completed, at your convenience and your
satisfaction of completed works. Sitara has over the years built up an excellent
relationship with architects, the town hall planning department; the local police
and many communities. We can offer specialist architectural services to legalize
extensions built without planning permission and other problem cases, such as
deeds with defects, deeds with only part of the property registered and houses
not land registered. We can also arrange projects for electrical and plumbing
installations with bulletins and aperture (opening license for shops and restaurants
ect.) and legalise existing establishments.
